Stephen Hochschuler, M.D., is a Co-founder and chairman emeritus of Texas Back Institute. Dr. Hochschuler graduated from Columbia College, earned his Medical Degree from Harvard Medical School where he also completed his internship and General Surgery residency.
John Karazim, M.D.

John Karazim, MD developed some of the early protocols for medical exercise in spine and orthopedics. He has managed treatment of over 150,000 patients and over 1,500,000 patient visits as Medical Director of Pure Health Back and Dynamic Rehabilitation in Southeast Michigan. Dr. Karazim is a clinical specialty content expert on back pain for Michigan Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Oktawia DeYoung, PharmD, HCAFA
Octawia DeYoung serves as Pharmacy Specialist in the Evidence-Based Prescription Drug Program (EBRx) at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and holds a faculty appointment as adjunct Assistant Professor in UAMS College of Pharmacy.
Dhruv Gupta, Ph.D.
Dhruv Gupta has over 30 years of experience in the IT area having worked for global corporations including National Australia Bank, IMI Systems and IBM. Dr. Gupta holds a Doctorate from IIT Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree from IIT Kanpur.

Ted Dreisinger has over 40 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation, orthopedics and physical medicine. He has provided successful injury prevention programs to Fortune 500 companies including Tyson Foods, United/Northwest Airlines and 3M.
Hamilton Hall, M.D.
Hamilton Hall, MD founded the Canadian Back Institute (now CBI Health Group), the largest rehabilitation provider in Canada with over 250 centers. Dr. Hall is also co-founder and Executive Director of the Canadian Spine Society.
Neville Alleyne, M.D
Neville Alleyne, MD is a Senior Partner of Orthopedic Specialists of North County (Carlsbad, CA). He is fellowship trained in both spine and orthopedic surgery at Harvard and Yale. Dr. Alleyne is a pioneer in robotic spine surgery.

Richard Kersh has over 30 years of wellness and IT experience. He was the founder and owner of Kersh Wellness, Human Factor Analytics and Kairos Research Partners. Richard provided services to numerous self-funded entities including Union Pacific, Tyson, Anheuser Busch, Harley Davidson and the states of Arkansas and Florida. He has a M.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Arkansas.
Dr.Ralph F. Rashbaum, M.D.
Ralph Rashbaum, M.D., is a Co-founder of Texas Back Institute. Dr. Rashbaum received his Medical Degree from Chicago Medical School and completed an internship and surgical residency at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York. Rashbaum completed his Spine Fellowship with Dr. Richard Rothman and Frederick Simone at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
James S Rellas, MD, MS, FACC
James Rellas, MD spent 30 years taking care of cardiovascular patients. Dr Rellas started and ran two cardiovascular rehabilitation facilities, one catheterization laboratory and finished his career as a cardiac imaging specialist

Pat Roth, MD is the co-founder and senior partner of North Jersey Brain and Spine. He also holds several leadership positions at Hackensack University Medical Center including serving as chairman of the neurosurgery department.

He is a graduate of the Logan College of Chiropractic after which he obtained a masters degree in physiology in from Webster College and a PhD in applied mechanics from the University of Michigan.
