Mark Szporka
Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board
Mark Szporka has over 22 years of experience as a healthcare entrepreneur focused on the spine and orthopedic area, and 20 years as an investment banker. He co-founded and served as a CFO for Pure Healthy Back, a population health company, and PainCare Holdings, Inc., a spine focused physician practice management company that completed 21 acquisitions, opened 32 rehab centers, raised over $135 million in capital and reached a $450 million market cap on the AMEX. Mark received an MBA from the University of Michigan and BBA from the University of Notre Dame. He also is a Certified Public Accountant (non-active) in New York state.
Neville Alleyne, M.D.

Neville Alleyne, MD is a Senior Partner of Orthopedic Specialists of North County (Carlsbad, CA). He is fellowship trained in both spine and orthopedic surgery at Harvard and Yale. Dr. Alleyne is a pioneer in robotic spine surgery.
Richard Kersh
President and Chief Technology Officer, Member of the Board
Richard Kersh has over 30 years of wellness and IT experience. He was the founder and owner of Kersh Wellness, Human Factor Analytics and Kairos Research Partners. Richard provided services to numerous self-funded entities including Union Pacific, Tyson, Anheuser Busch, Harley Davidson and the states of Arkansas and Florida. He has a M.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Arkansas.
Jim Knight

Jim Knight is the President and CEO of Real Practices, Inc. A native of Russellville, AR, Jim has an extensive background in healthcare development and operations. Jim founded Real Practices, Inc. in 1991 with the goal of providing innovative solutions to the rapidly changing needs of the healthcare industry.
Joseph A. Leutzinger, Ph.D.

Joe Leutzinger has over 30 years experience in the wellness industry and is the founder and owner of Health Improvement Solutions. He previously served as Director of Health Promotion at Union Pacific Railroad. Joe also serves on the board for the C. Everett Koop Health Project Awards at Stanford University.
Steve Schmidt
Chief Operating Officer, Member of the Board
Steve Schmidt has over 13 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of medical exercise equipment and the operation of medical facilities utilizing such equipment. He served as EVP of Manufacturing for MedX Holdings and EVP of Operations for Pure Healthy Back. Steve also owned and operated a real estate development and construction firm focused on medical facilities.
